We are excited to announce that Resilience Racing was featured in the March/April issue of Wooden Boat Magazine.

In 2015, Resilience Racing was featured in Latitude 38 magazine's article titled "New Beginnings for Old Wooden Boats." The piece highlighted our restoration of historic Farallone Clipper class boats, paralleling the journey of cancer survivorship.

Just as restoring old wooden boats requires care, dedication, and resilience, so too does the journey of cancer recovery. Each plank and sail represents strength and perseverance, mirroring the survivors' path to healing.

Sailing and Cancer are not words found often in the same sentence. In fact, my “cancer life” and my “sailing life” were so contradictory that they seemed to never overlap — hence the beauty of putting the two together and founding a competitive sailing program for cancer survivors.
